Affirmation Process

Everything is a result of repeated thoughts and repeated thoughts about a single desire for longer duration with expectation and believe and visualization of those images for longer duration

You are not you are now ready to make a affirmations what a man gets is what he thinks all the day in all the day everyday

affirmation is a specific positive and present tense sentence

First step

•  immediately upon wake up in the morning 
• read out your affirmations as loudly as possible and 
• After reading each and every affirmations pause a few seconds visualize image images that relates to what you have said form a clear picture in your mind

• Suppose imagine a desire  where you want to pay a bill
•  which are you are not having money right now 
• imagine a conversation with your friend where you are saying that my bill is paid in full
•  and repeat this words saying my bill is paid in full my bill is paid in full
  
• imagine that if your desire is buying a car 
• feel that lift your hands and feel that you are driving 
• and keep saying that 'I am buying a car soon .... My ___ car is on the way"
• keep imagining that you are Driving your car with your friend talking about your car
  
• If your desire is about buying house 
• then imagine a very big house or go and see a big house 
• Imagine that \you are speaking to your friend about that house
• That you brought this house and start narrating its features
  
• Visualizing process
• the number of images that you can create are  infinite
• each time you say affirmation and visualize can be different from previous time
  

Second step :

• Write your Desire statement 
• once during the day write one of your affirmation repeatedly that made
• It maybe morning or afternoon or evening whenever you have a paper and pen with you or write an write 10 to 20 times within an interrupted minutes
• You should write minimum of 10 times

Third step :

• Night Before you go to bed 
• Read your affirmations again 
• with visualize those pictures
• And  go to sleep with those pictures in your mind 

REPITITION is the key :

• The more times you write a affirmation the more quickly you will see the result
• the key to affirmations or key to success in any Desire is repetition
• whatever you have repeated thoughts about a single Desire it  should happen
• Everything is a result of repeated thoughts of a single desire for longer duration with the expectation, belief and visualization
• repeatation is essential for affirmations whatever you repeat that is true or false your subconscious mind comes to believe
• Law of predominant thought : A man is what he thinks all the day with conscious mind. Your mind should accept the idea as a fact and it getst into the task of converting the idea into reality
  
• If all your life you tell yourself you cannot accumulate enough money no matter how hard you work you cannot earn money
• Solution to this is to repeat a suitable affirmation  as
• “ I john can easily and surely accumulate money”
• "I john will surely earn huge money as motivational speaker "
• 
  
• With enough repletion you can convince your subconscious mind to believe what you tell it repeatedly
• 
  
• You must repeat your affirmations over and over hundreds or thousands of times, eventually  no matter what else you do in your life you begin to happen
  
• If you don’t have positive images in your mind negative images fill up your mind and block your success.
• You have to repeat the positive sentences over and over again and again till you reach a stage where your mind is filled up only with positive success images
