 which once they owned but lost due to business loss
His father sold that house and they were living in a small rented house

How can I get back our home
I don’t have good job or business
That house will cost in crores
Will they sell the house

3) [Visualization] technique  

Every day when he used to see the name board on the gate he used to imagine it with his fathers name on it

4) Result

one day he came to know that the house was for sale

but wanted to buy but no money later he gets a letter from a person
unknown offering him a loan amount to buy his dream house and
pay later he was surprised
as he knew his father from long time

A soldier was feeling home sick and wanted the leave the camp but was not getting leave

2)  Negative thinking

So he was thinking may this is end of my life
I would not be allowed to go home , since the general is very strict

For this he created a visualization
so every night before going to bed in the night ,
for 9 days he kept imagining his home every nook and corner

4) Result

on 10th day surprizingly his commander called him to his office and
gave him letter to go home

Once a business man had a big pending amount with his customer
but that person was not paying that amount ..
he did not want to have fight with the customer
 but wanted the customer to pay the balance amount.

·         Previously he used to curse that customer a lot

·         Now he changed his attitude towards his client.
 He started imagining his client as a very honest, sincere, affectionate and loving person.
Several times a day he would sit down   imagine him giving a cheque for ten thousand dollars with his hand, and vividly picture in his mind that he would take it and deposit it in his bank.

·         He then imagines writing a letter in his mind to his  customer thanking him for paying all money

4) Result

 Ten days of doing this exercize  , he received an envelope from his customer, containing a check for exact ten thousand dollars and a small letter. In it written

“You have been on my mind for a while.   Sorry for the delay, I’ll explain you the reasons when I meet you in person one day”

This proves that a your  mental picture can create change in others also.

A salesman wanted to be the best salesman award .. this was his dream

2)  Negative thinking

He was thinking what can I do
I am not good at sales
Why am I not able to convince the customer
Is my way of talking not so impressive
but that is by birth I cant change it
May be the managers are good at talking to customers , I am not
I need to have a trainer to improve my skills

3) [Visualization ] technique  / Imaginary conversations

Based on his previous experience with the customers ..
 he would frame all the questions that he can frame ..
and recollect what objections those customers had
Before coming to the office or in the office
 he would close his eyes, sit quietly, relax his mind and body,

Then he would imagine sitting with customer
He would have imaginary conversations with his clients,
As if People are appreciating him his intelligence, sound decisions and appreciate him for buying the right stocks.
and congratulating him for making profits for the customers and the company

 He made this as a habit everyday
He avoided all other distractions like entertainment , and gossip
He started doing it as often as possible   

4) Result

It started working in real life.
He made big sales , customers and company were happy with his performance

5) Learning
Whatever you see in real life is just a result of what you see in your inner mind
If you don’t spend time to imagine anything in your inner mind ..
If will never shape up as real object or real experience

1)  Dream

Once a dentist wanted to have more patients and more income

2)  Negative thinking

·         dentist was feeling sad that he is not getting enough patients so he is not making lot of money

·         May be patients don’t like my treatment

·         May be my clinic is not in good place

·         May be I am running through bad fortune

·         May be I should have studied in a big university

·         Should I go for Masters to get more knowledge

3) Imagination in action  technique ( leaves )

·         one day he saw leaf falling for a tree infront of his clinic ..

·         he imagined that leaves are nothing but money .

·          so every day he collected some of those leaves and

·          placed them in his pocket felt them as real money which god gifted him for the day

·         and also safely stored them in his table draw as if it is real money

4) Result

·         after few days of doing this activity , surprizingly more and more patients started visting his clinic ..

·         he dint understand how it happened and

·         within 3 months he earned lakhs of rupees to buy his own home

once a young psychology graduate completed his graduation and was looking out space to start his own clinic

but his mind was occupied by all the negative thoughts like I dont have money or relations or friends or contacts who can help you how will i start my own clinic

3) Blessing  technique

Initially  he started a small house hold clinic in his fathers house and started imagining how big hospital he wants and imagined every minute details about it like the parking lot the employees , doctors the patient nurses and the garden etc .. never felt negative of its possibility

4)   Result

one day night a girl knocked his door and asked for help from her unbearable stomach pain .. he immediately admitted her in nearby hospital and later they both fell in love and she helped him to build the exact hospital that he dreamed of .

But This newly joined teacher was findnig it difficult to handle a group of high school students

All the time she was cursing those group of students .. like
These are hopeless and useless students
The more she cursed them .. the more they made noise and fun

3) Blessing  technique

so she started using the blessing technique .

Every day morning she used to pray saying 
 " I am blessing these group of students .. these students are mine
and everyone of them love me so much as much as i love them
They are listening to my class and following my every word"

4)   Result

Her act of blessing the students changed her so much that the change was visible even to the students and they too started following her .. at end of the year the students performed brilliantly with high scores
