[ imaginery conversations ] made him best salesman 

1)  Dream

A salesman wanted to be the best salesman award .. this was his dream

2)  Negative thinking

He was thinking what can I do
I am not good at sales
Why am I not able to convince the customer
Is my way of talking not so impressive
but that is by birth I cant change it
May be the managers are good at talking to customers , I am not
I need to have a trainer to improve my skills

3) [Visualization ] technique  / Imaginary conversations

Based on his previous experience with the customers ..
 he would frame all the questions that he can frame ..
and recollect what objections those customers had
Before coming to the office or in the office
 he would close his eyes, sit quietly, relax his mind and body,

Then he would imagine sitting with customer
He would have imaginary conversations with his clients,
As if People are appreciating him his intelligence, sound decisions and appreciate him for buying the right stocks.
and congratulating him for making profits for the customers and the company

 He made this as a habit everyday
He avoided all other distractions like entertainment , and gossip
He started doing it as often as possible   

4) Result

It started working in real life.
He made big sales , customers and company were happy with his performance

5) Learning
Whatever you see in real life is just a result of what you see in your inner mind
If you don’t spend time to imagine anything in your inner mind ..
If will never shape up as real object or real experience
